  • No trained staff or clinical services.

  • Ran by an organization with paid staff.

  • ​Structured programming and life-skills development.

  • ​Trained & certified staff on site.

Level IV Type C (Clinical)

  • Ran by a licensed treatment provider.

  • Clinical and social models combined.

  • Credentialed clinical staff and licensed services on site.
